Membership Information
- FANCOURT is a group housing scheme.
- Individual freehold title ownership or ownership in the form of syndication.
Membership Policy at Fancourt
- All memberships are attached to ownership of property with a maximum allocation of four memberships per bedroom in the lodge product and two memberships per bedroom for the Cape Dutch designed house and Oaklands Village. Additional memberships may be purchased at the market price, but may not exceed the numbers as above.
- Memberships are transferable and must accompany the sale of the property (providing that the new owners have been approved).
- Members are entitled to entertain non-resident guests who may utilise the facilities but the same guest may only utilise the facilities once a month.
- Membership rules and regulations are in place and form part of the purchase of the property.
Levies
- Levies are payable on a monthly basis.
- The levy is a non-profit making fund.
- Levies are only for the members' fixed property, the erf on which it stands, and are managed by the Fancourt Master Homeowner's Association.
